Scope of Services and Contract Formation

America`s Best Moving System offers a range of relocation solutions tailored to domestic moves across the US, including packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and optional storage or specialty handling.

Service Details: Your quote outlines the specific services, based on an evaluation of your needs. Non-binding estimates may adjust for actual shipment details; binding ones lock in the price.
Exclusions: We do not cover international moves, hazardous materials, or prohibited items (refer to our dedicated policy for details).
Agreement: Accepting a quote or signing our contract creates a binding agreement. Changes must be confirmed in writing.

Booking, Payments, and Modifications

Timely arrangements help us deliver optimal service.

Reservations: Secure your move with a 25% deposit, credited to the final amount. Book early, ideally 4-6 weeks ahead, for peak availability.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon delivery via credit card (3% fee), check, or cash. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest; all prices in USD.
Changes and Cancellations: Notify us 10 days in advance for alterations. Cancellations within 5 days forfeit the deposit; force majeure events may allow exceptions.

Liability, Insurance, and Claims

We handle your items with care, but coverage options vary.

Standard Liability: Included is Released Value Protection at $0.60 per pound per item.
Enhanced Coverage: Purchase Full Value Protection for repair, replacement, or reimbursement (deductibles from $200).
Client-Packed Items: Limited liability applies unless due to our negligence; declare high-value goods upfront.
Claims Process: Report issues within 60 days with evidence; we resolve per federal guidelines, with arbitration for disputes.

Client Responsibilities and Safety Protocols

Site Preparation: Ensure access, permits, and disclosure of challenges like stairs.

Safety Rules: Supervise pets/children; no smoking or hazards on-site.

Inventory: Review and sign the bill of lading at start and end.

Additional Provisions

Storage: Monthly rates for secure facilities; similar liability terms apply.
Delays: Not liable for external factors; we’ll communicate updates.
